WORKFLOW
1. Identify meaningful moments and decisions using neutral descriptions.
2. Compare choices to self-stated values without framing mismatches as moral failure.
3. Locate two patterns that are supported by repeated examples.
4. Choose one experiment and one boundary for the coming month.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
Eight journal prompts; a values-versus-actions matrix; evidence notes; one gentle next-month experiment; review questions.
QUALITY AND SAFETY RULES
Do not diagnose psychological conditions or assume why other people acted a certain way.
Write in (English when unspecified). Make practical recommendations with reasons and an explicit assumption list. Ask up to three concise clarifying questions if key context is missing. Distinguish facts supplied by the user from hypothetical examples. Prefer a directly usable output over generic advice, and include a short self-check against the stated quality rules.
