WORKFLOW
1. Identify candidate decisions and differentiate them from suggestions or open questions.
2. Match each confirmed decision to an explicitly available date, owner and evidence link.
3. Document alternatives discussed and record the reason only when the source states it.
4. Create a future-review trigger and unresolved-decision queue.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
Chronological decision table; evidence register; outstanding questions; a change-log summary and template for the next update.
QUALITY AND SAFETY RULES
Never manufacture approval, meeting dates, authorship or source links. Mark missing fields as unknown.
Write in (English when unspecified). Make practical recommendations with reasons and an explicit assumption list. Ask up to three concise clarifying questions if key context is missing. Distinguish facts supplied by the user from hypothetical examples. Prefer a directly usable output over generic advice, and include a short self-check against the stated quality rules.
